Shipping Address
Please be sure to double check your shipping address when your order is placed. Not entering the correct shipping address will delay your shipment. Also, addresses entered incorrectly will be subject to an $10.00 service fee for address changes. We will not be held responsible for any loses to a shipment requiring an address change. All orders placed automatically are shipped to the address located in the "shipping address" section of each individual order. Drop shipping Does Your Company Offer Drop shipping? Yes, we do offer drop shipping.
A NOTE ON SHIPPING COSTS: Like most on-line merchants, CdmFabss uses an automated checkout that automatically computes shipping charges based on what carriers post as their latest rates. All orders paid by credit card will ship by the end of the second full business day. All orders paid by check or money order will ship after clearing the bank.(usually 3 to 5 business days )(after receiving payment) The "WALK IN" "STORE PICK-UP" Option is available only for our customers who wish to visit Our Outlet store to pick up their order.
Order Cancelation:
All Orders Canceled after your Credit card has been processed, and before your order has shipped, will be charged a 6% Cancelation refund fee, plus a 10% restocking fee. Orders that have shipped can not be Canceled.
RETURNS:
Only items purchased from CdmFabss.com can be exchanged through CdmFabss.com.(1) To return a package, contact Customer Service at: Customerservice@CdmFabss.com and Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) PACKAGES WITHOUT A (RMA) WILL BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER. (2). Send a copy of your packing slip and or (sales receipt), with a note, explaining what you are returning and why. Write the RMA number on your note and the shipping package. (3) Don't forget to write your RMA number on the outside of your package.. We recommend that you track your return package to confirm that it has been delivered. (4) . Packages must be returned prepaid. CdmFabss.com will not accept any COD packages. Your returned item will be replaced, or refunded to the credit card originally used. If your order was paid by Check, or money order, a refund check will be issued. Remember you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping for returns or exchanges is non-refundable.. Refunds or exchanges cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
CLOSEOUT, SPECIALS, or SALE ITEMS:
Items located in our Closeouts, or Special Categories, and/or designated, On Sale or Special, CANNOT be returned. All sales are final on These Items.
Damaged Products:
CdmFabss.com llc. works hard to package your order as well as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have a package arrive that is clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please Contact (Customer Service) to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.
Product Disclaimers:
We strive to provide the most accurate pictures and descriptions of our products by photographing them all in house. However, not all product images are 100% exactly what will be received. Many of our products we get from different vendors and manufacturers, therefore while the picture is representative of the item that will be received, it is not always 100% exactly the item that will be received..
