A NOTE ON SHIPPING COSTS: Like most on-line merchants, CdmFabss uses an automated checkout that automatically computes shipping charges based on what carriers post as their latest rates. All orders paid by credit card will ship by the end of the second full business day. All orders paid by check or money order will ship after clearing the bank.(usually 3 to 5 business days )(after receiving payment)

The "Walk IN: "STORE PICK-UP" Option is available only for our customers who wish to visit Our Outlet store to pick up their order.

 RETURNS:

Only items purchased from CdmFabss.com can be exchanged through CdmFabss.com.

1. To return a package, contact our Customer Service Department: customerservice@cdmfabss.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)PACKAGES WITHOUT A (RMA) WILL BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER.

2. Send a copy of your packing slip and or (sales receipt), with a note, explaining what you are returning and why. Write the RMA number on your note and the shipping package.

3. Don't forget to write your RMA number on the outside of your package.. We recommend that you track your return package to confirm that it has been delivered.

4. Packages must be returned prepaid. CdmFabss.com will not accept any COD packages. Your returned item will be replaced, or refunded to the credit card originally used. If your order was paid by Check, or money order, a refund check will be issued. Remember you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping for returns or exchanges is non-refundable except in the event that wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped. Refunds or exchanges cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.

Damaged Products:

CdmFabss.com llc. works hard to package your order as well as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have a package arrive that is clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please Contact (Customer Service) to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.

Defective Products:

CdmFabss.com llc carries a large variety of products and as a result the warranty varies based on which items you have purchased. Please review the warranty information below based on the category of the merchandise you are buying. All products that do not fall into one of the categories listed Below are guaranteed to arrive intact and in proper working condition. They do not have an extended warranty and claims must be made at the time of receipt. Contact (Customer Service) to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RAN. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

TOUCH LAMPS:  One (1) Year warranty on Touch Sensor from date of purchase...

ZIPPO:  Lighters are covered by the Famous Zippo Limited Life Time Warranty.
